Baby Steps

These shoes were given to my daughter for her daughter who will be arriving in the next couple of months. They remind me that no matter what day we're in, we should appreciate that day and take baby steps towards the goals we have before us. Every step we take takes us in a certain direction and when we are cautious and take baby steps and not always huge leaps, then it's not so difficult to stop or turn around if we have to.

I love these picture, I have shown it to my friend, in fact it is squirrelled away in her house until August when it will be given to my daughter as one of her 18th Birthday presents.
